The Locanda Al Leon is a small, intimate hotel within a block of the Doge's Palace and the Bridge of Sighs. It offers single, double, and triple rooms (including a double room with terrace on the top floor for guests who don't mind walking four flights up from the street). Furnishings are traditional, and the 500-year-old building has plenty of old-fashioned decorative touches such as beamed ceilings and Murano glass chandeliers.
