The Hotel Ai Reali is an attractive four-star boutique hotel that belongs to the Small Luxury Hotels of the World group. It's located within a few minutes' walk of the Rialto Bridge and the Piazza San Marco, on a quiet square overlooking the Rio della Fava canal.

The Ai Reali has 32 rooms and suites--among them, a pair of luxury apartments in a separate building. Facilities include a fitness center, spa, sauna, restaurant, garden, and free Wi-Fi.

We recommend taking the Alilaguna Linea Arancio (Orange Line) airport-boat from Venice Marco Polo Airport to Rialto. From the boat landing, you can easily reach the hotel with only two tiny footbridges to cross.

How to reach the Hotel Ai Reali from the Alilaguna pier at Rialto:

1. As you leave the boat pier, turn left. Cross the small bridge just ahead of you and walk through the arcaded passage until you see a Nicla clothing store.

2. Turn right into the Calle Larga Mazzini and walk straight ahead to the Campo del San Salvador, which has a memorial column in the street.

3. Turn left onto the Via 2 Aprile and walk a short distance to the Calle dei Stagneri o della Fava.

4. Turn right into the Calle dei Stagneri o della Fava and walk straight ahead. The Hotel Ai Reali is directly across the small bridge at the end of the street, next to the Campo della Fava and the canal.
